These Terms of Service govern your use of ProMyPic (the "Service"), operated by ProMyPic. By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The service

The Service generates professional-style headshot images from photos you upload, using AI. For a one-time payment of $19.99 you receive a set of 40 generated images in a range of professional styles. Results are produced by AI and image quality can vary between generations; we provide a large set so you can choose the images that work best for you.

Your content and rights

You must own or have permission to use the photos you upload, and they must depict you or a person who has consented. You must not upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or depicts a minor. You retain rights to your uploaded photos; you receive the generated images for your own personal and professional use.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to create misleading, deceptive, or impersonating imagery of other people, or to interfere with the Service's operation or security.

Payment

The Service is sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The price is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProMyPic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
