This policy explains how ProMyPic, operated by ProMyPic, handles your photos and personal data.

What we collect

The photos you upload, your email address (to deliver your results and order emails), your order and payment status, and basic operational logs. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

How your photos are used

Your uploaded photos are used only to generate your headshots. They are encrypted in transit and stored in private storage, never in a public bucket, and are delivered to you only through short-lived signed links. We do not sell your photos, and we do not use them to train AI models without your explicit consent.

Retention & deletion

Original uploads are deleted automatically after 7 days, and generated images after 30 days. You can delete everything sooner from your results page using "Delete my data".

Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service (payment processing, cloud hosting/storage, AI image generation, and email delivery), and only as needed to provide it. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time. To do so, use "Delete my data" on your results page or contact us at promypic@gmail.com.
